Hi Elissa
I met you last spring at a SCORE seminar and subsequently signed up for your blog. I am researching service marks and wonder if that is a topic addressed in any of your blogs or seminars. Specifically, I am considering Legal Zoom for this but want to learn more about the use and benefit of a service mark as well as the business stage when this might make sense. My partner and I don’t want to get ahead of ourselves but also want to consider protecting our name and logo.
